We will provide the following for your new business formation Start-up Package:

  • Name Availability Check. We will do an in-depth check of the availability of your business name. Your new business will require an official name and there are certain restrictions placed on what you can name your company. Before we send out your new business formation application documents to the state, we will complete an in-depth name check to verify that the name you provided is available in your state. We will notify you if your name selection is not available.
  • Client Portal. We will provide you with a Client Portal so that you may store, view, download, upload, print, or share your documents at anytime.
  • Document Review. We will take care of the administrative work for you on the front end and back end. The incorporation process will require you to provide us with information regarding your new company. Simply fill out our easy to use form, we will carefully review it and contact you for verification and payment before we send it to the state for filing and approval.
  • Document Filing and Approval Notification. After we have received and reviewed all of the information you provide us, we will go through and carefully complete the necessary forms that will be required in order for your business to become successfully incorporated, and send them directly to the state on your behalf. We will immediately inform you of your business’s approval as soon as we receive it from the state.
  • Federal ID Number (EIN). Prepare & file your application for your Federal Employer Identification Number & give you the assigned number for business & banking purposes.
  • State and Federal Approval Document Forwarding. We will immediately inform you electronically of your business’s successful incorporation. We will immediately inform you electronically of your assigned Federal ID number (Generally a few weeks after your incorporation date). We will place a copy of each into your client portal for your access, and we will mail you the original copies of your approved incorporation documents for your records.
